brief outline
- society requires the coordination of human action
- coordination is achieved through conversation
- all learning takes place in conversation
- school was intended for learning but is overly constrained
- today we can
design better conversations for learning
- network conversations achieve new contexts and types of learning
- we may choose what we choose to design, that is, we may engage in metadesign.
