When you click the To view or download hyperlink to download a document, an appropriate helper application is launched if your Web browser settings are set to recognize that document type.

If the Web browser does not recognize the document type, an appropriate Save As dialog box appears. You can save the contents of the document as a local file on your computer by using this dialog box.

Using the Search features provided by Intraspect, you can find most of the popular document types.
