Public Folder

Your Public Folder holds documents and subfolders that are accessible to other users in the organization but are not placed in the Intraspect object hierarchy.

You have complete access to any user's data in the Public Folder. You can read, update and delete each other's content. Access to users' Private Folders is restricted to the folder's owner. All users can link and move a document from their Public Folders to their Private Folders.
