Select the Windows Start Menu, which is usually located on the lower-left edge of your screen.
Point to Programs, then Intraspect, then Knowledge Manager. Click on Knowledge Manager to launch Intraspect. You will see the Intraspect splash screen and then the Intraspect Login dialog.
