Appearance tab preference settings

These settings control whether tool tips are displayed and whether non-browser documents are viewed outside of Intraspect. To open the Intraspect Preferences dialog box, choose Edit > Preferences. The Preferences dialog box appears. On the Appearance tab, choose your general preferences as follows: - Select the Show Tool Tip Help check box if you want to include this display option when you log on to Intraspect. A tool tip is short explanatory text which describes a function; it becomes visible when you position your mouse cursor on a button without moving it.
- Select the View non-browser documents externally check box to open applications (such as MS WORD or EXCEL) that will allow you to display documents that cannot be displayed in the View Pane.
