Your ability to continue working as you have always worked is one of the powerful advantages of Intraspect. You can extend the range and depth of collaboration with your colleagues while continuing to use an e-mail client that suits you. When you participate in an Intraspect Discussion from the Intraspect Client, you can create a new message or respond to a discussion thread by using either the Intraspect message dialogs or your e-mail client. (In general this is a good idea because you are already familiar with your e-mail client and its range of functions.) To use your e-mail client in these cases, choose the Launch External E-mail Application button in the New Message dialog, when it appears. Intraspect will automatically fill in the relevant e-mail header fields, so you can focus immediately on the content that you wish to contribute to the discussion. | ||
