Discussion Recipients are individuals who automatically receive new postings to the discussion via their e-mail addresses. Discussion Recipients can be specified when the discussion is started, or at any time afterwards. These individuals can also participate in the discussion by using the Intraspect Client as long as they can access the discussion object in a shared folder. In addition, any individual who has access to the discussion object through the Intraspect Client can also interact with it through a compatible browser. Note that a discussion participant is anyone who interacts with an Intraspect Discussion by using the Intraspect Client, e-mail client or a browser. A discussion recipient is an individual whose e-mail address is included in the Discussion Recipient list of the discussion, and who therefore receives distribution of the discussion via e-mail. | ||
