Main Toolbar

The Main Toolbar at the top of the Intraspect Main window contains a set of Intraspect buttons. These buttons allow you to navigate the object hierarchy, return to your Home Location, set up your own Public and Private Folders, and conduct searches in the Intraspect Workplace or on the Internet.

• Back/Forward: allows you to move up or down in the Context Pane. Similar in function to the Forward and Back buttons in Web browsers.
• Home: returns you to your Home Location in the object hierarchy.
• Private: opens your Private Folder, in which you can place documents that no one else can have access to.
• Public: opens your Public Folder, in which you place documents you want to share with others.
• Search: Allows you to search the Intraspect Workplace or the Internet using words, phrases and other search selections that you specify.
• Refresh: refreshes all three panes (Collection Bin Pane, Context Pane and View Pane) of the Intraspect Main window at the same time.
• Stop: allows you to cancel a request for information that you made from the Intraspect Client to the Intraspect Knowledge Server.
• Swirl: goes to Intraspect's Home Page.
