31: Observing a discussion inside of Intraspect

Now imagine that you have received a discussion e-mail message, and you want to find out which message it is in reply to

Intraspect maintains the relationship among discussion messages. This relationship is called the "thread" of the discussion and can be viewed in the Context Pane.

Context button moves to containing context
  1. Return to the Intraspect Client.
  2. Choose Cancel to remove the New Message dialog, which remains after you launch your external e-mail client.
  3. Double-click on the discussion. Notice how the thread is displayed in the Context Pane. Refer to screen shot
  4. Click on the e-mail message to view its contents in the View Pane. By scrolling down, you can see the context in which the message appears. Refer to screen shot

You can also use your Web browser to participate in an Intraspect Discussion
